Suremix N contains 100% nitrogen (N2) and is used for the dispensing non-carbonated wine and fruit juice.

APPLICATIONS:

Applications include the controlled storage and dispensing of non-carbonated wine and fruit juice.  Seth Resources recommends the use of particular percentage mixtures for specific applications in line with the requirements of each beverage supplier.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:

Suremix acts to blanket beers and soft drinks from the atmosphere and maintains equilibrium of the gas content in beverages. CO2 is soluble in water at moderate temperatures. Suremix Food grade certification provides better control of non-refrigerated beverages and enhances appearance, aroma, and taste.  It can be added to beverages in controlled conditions to increase soluble levels and is approved by beer and soft drink companies.

HAZARDS:

Colorless and odorless

N2 is an asphyxiant (does not support life)

CO₂ is toxic in high concentrations

CO2 is slightly corrosive in the presence of moisture
