Suremix CO2/N2 Regulator

Suremix CO2/N2 Regulator

Product Details

The  Suremix CO2 and N2 single-stage regulator is designed for optimum  in dispensing of Suremix gas with exceptional safety standards. Recommended regulator for use with the Suremix range of mixtures is item number W003038

APPLICATIONS:

For use with Suremix 30 and Suremix 60 installation. For Suremix N, a nitrogen (G 3/4” RH-F) valve, inlet stem and nut (Item Number W003082) must be fitted.

Argon

Argon is non-corrosive gas and used for plasma, the high temperature preparation, refining and fabrication of many materials and also used as a shielding gas.

Argon High Purity

Product Details

Argon is the third most abundant of the mixture of gases in the air, the concentration being approximately 0,94% by volume. It is inert, non-toxic, colourless, odourless and tasteless. Supplied in high pressure metal cylinders and manifolded cylinder packs. Higher grades and purities of this product are available in the ‘Special Products & Chemicals’ section’.  The recommended regulator W003610 or W003037

APPLICATIONS:

The high temperature preparation, refining and fabrication of many materials must be carried out in an argon atmosphere. Argon is used as a shielding gas for GTAW applications and for GMAW of aluminium, in plasma jet torches and for purging applications when an inert atmosphere is required.

FEATURES & BENEFITS:

Argon is most commonly used as a shielding gas for arc welding, GTAW applications and for GMAW of aluminium.  It is inert, non-toxic, colourless, odourless and tasteless.  It can be used in pure form or as part of various mixtures. It is non-corrosive and can be used with any common metal provided the equipment is designed to withstand process pressure.

HAZARDS:

Compressed high pressure gas in cylinders

Asphyxiant in high concentrations
