Product Details

Suremix 30 contains 30% carbon dioxide (CO2) and 70% nitrogen (N2) and is used for the dispensing of nitrogenated ales and stouts.

 

APPLICATIONS:

 

Applications include the controlled storage and dispensing of nitrogenated ales and stouts. Seth Resources recommends the use of particular percentage mixtures for specific applications in line with the requirements of each beverage supplier.

 

FEATURES & BENEFITS:

 

Suremix acts to blanket beers and soft drinks from the atmosphere and maintains equilibrium of the gas content in beverages. CO2 is soluble in water at moderate temperatures. Suremix Food grade certification provides better control of non-refrigerated beverages and enhances appearance, aroma, and taste.  It can be added to beverages in controlled conditions to increase soluble levels and is approved by beer and soft drink companies.

Colorless and odorless

CO₂ and N2 are asphyxiants (do not support life)

CO₂ is toxic in high concentrations

CO₂ is slightly corrosive in the presence of moisture
